Help Desk Support Hours

The Information Systems' Help Desk offers the following support hours as described below per semester:

 

FALL AND SPRING SUMMER I AND II
Monday 7:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. 7:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday 7:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. 7:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday 7:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. 7:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.
Thursday 7:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. 7:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. College is closed.
 

For help with student or employee log on issues, printer problems or other
computer-related problems, please contact the Help Desk via the following methods:
 
Calling from an on-campus phone, dial x. 2300
Calling from a cell phone or an off-campus phone, dial 718-2200 x. 2300

And for helpful information regarding computer-related security issues, such as selecting a more secure password, locking your computer, etc., please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions page or go to the Public folder located on the S drive.
