The Talent Search Program is designed to encourage youth
with academic potential to stay in school, graduate from high school,
and undertake a program of post-secondary education.

 

How the Program Works

 

Talent Search Career Specialists operate sessions at all middle and high
schools on a regular basis throughout the academic school year.

The Cost of the Program

 

The Talent Search Program is a federally funded program;
therefore, it is a FREE service.

 

Characteristics of a Talent Search Candidate

 

• 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders
  

• Determination
  

• Positive Attitude
  

• Meet educational and/or income criteria, and/or be a first generation college bound student
  

• Wants to attend college and is willing to take academic courses necessary to achieve this goal
