Indians finish road trip with a 3-1 record

The Chipola Indians concluded their first road trip of the 2008 season with a 5-0 lose to Palm Beach in Lake Worth, Florida, Sunday afternoon. Palm Beach took the lead in the first inning on a two-out double by Junior Rodriguez which scored Dan Scheffler, but Matt Greener was cut down at home to record the final out of the inning. Sean Conner added a two-run home run to finish the scoring for the Panthers. Chipola pitcher Drew Parker took the lose for the Indians, going two innings, giving up three hits, one run, and striking out one batter.
