Bethany Kiral, soprano, is currently a student of Stanford Olsen, pursuing a Doctoral degree in opera performance at Florida State University. Bethany received a Masters degree from University of Missouri – Columbia, and a Bachelors degree from Lincoln University of Missouri. Her former teachers include JoElla Todd and Dr. Ruth Robertson.
Bethany has performed with Florida State Opera, Opera in the Ozarks, the Harrower Opera Workshop, Bel Canto Northwest, and the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria. Her recent opera roles include Mimi in La bohème, Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, and the Witch/Mother in Hansel and Gretel.
She is a teaching assistant at Florida State University, choir director at University Lutheran Church in Tallahassee, and an instructor of voice at Chipola College.
