Cake Decorating
All classes offered must be prepaid in order to complete your registration. You can pay for your classes in any of four ways. You can pay in person by stopping in the Continuing Education Office during regular hours - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday; mail in to Continuing Education, Chipola College, 3094 Indian Circle, Marianna, FL 32446; fax in to (850) 718-2472; or phone in to (850) 718-2395. The class count is based on registered students. If you have not paid for the class, you are not registered.
Cake Decorating I:
Have you ever wanted to learn how to decorate a cake? Well, now is your chance to get creative and learn - the Wilton Way. Using the Wilton Way to Cake Decorating, you will learn new techniques along with the fundamentals of decorating a cake. Decorating Kit is required and can be purchase at Paradise Gift Shop in Marianna.
This class will meet on TBA from 6 - 8:30 pm. The registration fee is $41.

Cake Decorating II:
Basket weave patterns and how to make over a dozen types of icing flowers awaits you in this 4-lesson class. Expand your decoration options with this exciting flower-making design class. Decorating Kit is required and can be purchase at Paradise Gift Shop in Marianna.
The class will meet on Thursdays, TBA from 6 - 8:30 pm. The registration fee is $41.

Cake Decorating III:
The four lessons of Cake II will take you through tiered cake assembly, filigree and flowers, color flow, embellished borders and lattice work. Your decorating talents will have you creating breath-taking cakes for weddings, anniversaries, and special occasions. A decorating book and kit is required and can be purchased at Paradise Gift Shop in Marianna.
The class will meet on Thursdays, April 5-26, 2007 from 6 - 8:30 pm. The registration fee is $41.
