Real Estate
All classes offered must be prepaid in order to complete your registration. You can pay for your classes in any of four ways. You can pay in person by stopping in the Continuing Education Office during regular hours 8:00am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday; mail in to Continuing Education, Chipola College, 3094 Indian Circle, Marianna, FL 32446; Fax in to (850) 718-2472; or phone in to (850) 718-2395. The class count is based on registered students. If you have not paid for the class, you are not registered.
Real Estate
This course meets the requirements of the Florida Real Estate Commission for those planning to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson's License. Satisfactory completion of this 63-hour course qualifies the student to apply for the State Examination for licensing as a real estate salesperson in the State of Florida. Pre-requisites: High School Diploma. Required book Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices & Law (latest edition, 28th ) is available from the Chipola bookstore. Class size limited.
This class will meet Saturday and Sunday from 8 am - 5 pm January 31; February 1, 14, 15, 28; March 1 and 14, 2009. The registration fee is $250.

Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-Licensing Course Training Package
This Internet Delivered, Self-Paced Course meets the requirements of the Florida Real Estate Commission to obtain a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License. This Online Pre-License Training Package includes three (3) essential courses:
1. State Required 63 Hour FREC Course I
2. FREC Course I Success Kit (permits online/offline study)

Satisfactory completion qualifies a student for the State Real Estate Examination in Florida. All Course Materials and Textbook provided online. You may register by filling out the online application and registration form. Once you have completed the application and registration form, Click Send. You will be notified of course procedures via E-Mail within 1 business day after receipt of registration.
