Applied Welding Financial Resources

 

This two year Associate in Science Degree Program prepares students to enter a career in commercial and institutional management as an executive chef, steward, food and beverage director, restaurant manager, and caterer or director of nutrition services. This program also provides supplemental training for individuals previously or currently employed in the above occupations. Culinary Management focuses on planning; management; finance; technical and product skills; underlying principles of technology; labor issues; community issues and health, safety, and environmental issues.

Chipola College's Culinary Management Program has a unique and student centered partnership with Morrison Health Care, Inc./Jackson Hospital. This plan provides students with learning experience in food service preparation and management at the Chipola campus cafeteria and the Jackson Hospital dining area.
