2. Immunization – Each student must provide documented proof of immunity to measles and rubella, effective Fall Term 1986. Proof is required before you can register at a university.
    
3. AA Except for CLAST – Students are admissible to the university and given full benefit of the AA degree. All four parts of the CLAST must be passed by the term in which 96 hours are completed to remain enrolled. Students must register and take CLAST during their first term of enrollment and pass three of the four parts to remain enrolled past the first term.
    
4. Recalculating the GPA of Community College AA Degree Transfer Students – The Office of Admissions does not recalculate the GPA; individual "limited access" programs may or may not honor the grade forgiveness of the previous institution.
    
5. Foreign Language Exit/Graduation Requirements – As a general policy, the State University System requires that a student complete two years of the same foreign language in high school, OR two semesters of the same foreign language at the community college. Following are some exceptions and/or additional requirements.

Any student having 60 semester hours of transferable credit and a minimum 2.0 GPA without grade forgiveness will be admitted with or without the foreign language requirement, as outlined at the beginning of this section. Any student admitted without the foreign language requirement must complete eight semester hours of foreign language at FGCU before graduating from the university. If foreign language was completed in high school, a high school transcript is required. American Sign Language is acceptable.
