Course Description:This course is a component of the Law Enforcement Florida CMS and Correctional Officer Basic Recruit Academies. It is designed to encourage students to improve their overall physical fitness, improve their score on the final fitness evaluation, and adopt a foundation for lifelong fitness.

- This course is open only to students admitted to the Law Enforcement Florida CMS Basic Recruit Academy or Correctional Officer Basic Recruit Academy.
