Course Description:
This course is designed to provide knowledge of the rules, teaching progressions, and strategies for competition. This course includes acceptable behavior and ethics for coaches. The course will be offered for the following specific sports; baseball/softball, basketball, football, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis, track and field/cross country, volleyball, and wrestling.

  • Read and study all assigned material, including text and articles in preparation for tests.
  • Attend all guest lectures and participate in discussion.
  • Follow instructions, identify and explain concepts in writing assignments and research papers.
