Chipola College Athletics Update

The Harlem Globetrotters will be on the Chipola campus Monday, Dec. 9, at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale online at: https://www.ticketweb.com/event/harlem-globetrotters-milton-h-johnson-health-center-tickets/9866485?pl=hglobe. Tickets also will be available at the door. (This is not a Chipola event, therefore, no Chipola passes will be accepted. Everyone who enters must have a ticket.)
 
The Lady Indians are 11-1 on the season and will play in the Florida Shootout this weekend, which will be hosted by Northwest Florida State and Gulf Coast State. The Lady Indians will play Friday, Dec. 6, at 6 p.m., against Hillsborough at Northwest Florida. On Saturday, Dec. 7, at 1 p.m., the Lady Indians will play ASA Miami at Gulf Coast.  The Lady Indians’ final home game of the calendar year will be Saturday, Dec. 14 vs. Jones College at 2 p.m.
 
The men's team is 8-2 on the year and will host their final home non-conference games this weekend.
The Classic schedule includes:

• Friday, Dec. 6:
  • 5PM: Gulf Coast vs. Polk State
  • 7PM: Chipola vs. South Georgia Tech
• Saturday, Dec. 7 (these times are updated from original schedule):
  • 3PM: Gulf Coast vs. South Georgia Tech
  • 5PM: Chipola vs. Polk State
