Remote Operations for Business Office - Student Accounts/Cashier

Students are instructed to check their student account through myChipola at https://my.chipola.edu/ICS/Student/Student_Accounts.jnz to see if aid, scholarships, and third-party billings have been posted. Keep in mind that tuition charges may not show on the student account until the next business day after registration. Students should check their student account throughout the registration and drop/add period to ensure the account is still in good standing, and that tuition charges have been paid in the manner the student intended.

Personal payments for tuition and fees can be made online through the myChipola portal at https://my.chipola.edu/ICS/Student/Student_Accounts.jnz using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. If other arrangements need to be made, contact the Business Office at businessoffice@chipola.edu or (850)718-2220.

Students with Florida Prepaid accounts, including Take Stock in Children and other Florida Prepaid Foundation plans, should email the Business Office at businessoffice@chipola.edu requesting to use Florida Prepaid. Please include student name and ID number.

Students with any questions or concerns about their student account balance, tuition charges or payments can contact the Business Office at 850-718-2220 or 850-718-2215 or by email at businessoffice@chipola.edu. Please include student name, student ID number, and a call back number or email address. Business Office staff will attempt to respond to all email and phone inquiries by the next business day.

Students should check their Chipola College student email account for important messages and notices from the Business Office regarding their student account.
