Chipola College Celebrates Record-Breaking Dual Enrollment Graduating Class

Chipola College celebrated a historic milestone during its 2026 commencement ceremonies as a record-breaking group of dual enrollment students earned both their high school diplomas and college credentials at the same time.
This year’s graduating class represents the largest group in Chipola history to complete high school while simultaneously earning a college degree or workforce credential through the college’s Dual Enrollment program.
Among the graduates, 32 students earned Associate in Arts degrees, while seven students completed Workforce Development credentials.

Chipola College officials encourage current high school students interested in beginning their college journey early to explore the college’s Summer Academy program, which runs June 1 through July 16.
Through Summer Academy, eligible students can earn up to three college credits while still in high school at no cost. Students and families interested in participating are encouraged to contact their high school guidance counselor as soon as possible due to limited registration availability.
