Breast Cancer Walk 2025

The Chipola College TRiO Society hosted its first Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, bringing students, faculty, staff, and community members together to raise awareness and show support for those affected by breast cancer.

The event was held during the society’s monthly meeting and featured a campus walk in honor of survivors and those currently fighting the disease. Participants wore pink to show unity and encourage early detection.

“We are thankful for the support from the Chipola community,” said Kristie Mosley, Director of Student Support Services. “This event helps raise awareness and reminds everyone that early detection and community support make a difference.”

The TRiO Society plans to make the walk an annual tradition to continue promoting education, service, and support within the community.
