Six Lady Indians Earn All-Panhandle Honors; Taylor Rietveld Named Player of the Year

The Chipola College Lady Indians Women’s Basketball program earned significant recognition in the Panhandle Conference postseason awards, highlighted by sophomore guard Taylor Rietveld being named the Panhandle Conference Player of the Year.
Chipola placed three players on the All-Panhandle Conference First Team, including Serena Heeren, Jaida Redwine, and Taylor Rietveld. The Lady Indians also had three student-athletes recognized on the All-Panhandle Conference Second Team, with Mariam Coulibaly, Jazlyn Harris, and Daniya McDonald earning honors for their contributions during the season.
“We are extremely proud of Taylor and all six of these young women for earning recognition in such a competitive conference,” said Chipola head coach Mitch Rolls.
The six selections highlight a strong season for the Lady Indians and their continued presence among the top programs in the Panhandle Conference.
