The Spirit of Giving: Chipola TRiO Society Outreach

The Chipola TRiO Society participated in a holiday outreach project to support patients at Jackson Hospital. TRiO Society President Ehren Cobart, Advisory Board President Jaylon Smith, and sponsors Kristie Mosley and Sarieta Benton, along with Parliamentarian Kymia Booth, delivered Christmas cards, holiday snacks, and earbuds to the team.

The group explained that snacks can give patients small comfort during long treatments. Personalized cards and earbuds were shared to offer encouragement and peaceful moments during difficult times. The project shows TRiO Society’s continued focus on helping others.

The outreach was supported by Jennifer Lancette, a Chipola alumna. Her strength and story continue to inspire the club’s community efforts.
