Chipola AFC Awards Scholarships to Children of College Employees

The Chipola College Chapter of the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) recently awarded scholarships to three children of college employees.

Scholarship recipients are Jonathan Chabot, son of Nancy Chabot; Emma Poole, daughter of Ashley Poole; and Katelynn Young, daughter of Steve Young.

Since 1993, the Chipola AFC Chapter has awarded more than $175,000 in scholarships to students through the Chipola AFC Scholarship Endowment. AFC members raise funds for the scholarship program through concession sales at Chipola athletic events.
