Chipola College Hosts 2026 Math Olympiad, Recognizes Regional Student Achievement
Chipola College hosted the 2026 Math Olympiad on March 13, welcoming high school students from across the region to compete in a variety of mathematics disciplines. The annual event highlighted students’ problem-solving abilities and academic achievement through both individual and team competitions.
At the conclusion of the event, awards were presented to top-performing students and schools.
Overall Team Winners:
First Place — Chipley High School (Elle Peel, Caden Anderson, Grayson Martin). Second Place — Blountstown High School (Zeb Kimbrel, Jeremy Tew, Saqaaf Ahmed). Third Place — Liberty County High School (CJ Williams, Fenton Reddick, Eva McCoy).
Scholarship Winners:
First Place — Takoda Tousey, Altha Public School. Second Place — Ellie Peddie, Liberty County High School. Third Place — Wenceslao Munoz, Sneads High School. Fourth Place — Zachary Miles, Sneads High School. Fifth Place — Alissa Stant, Altha Public School.

First Place — Blountstown High School (Zeb Kimbrel, Talen Peacock, Colt Redmon). Second Place — Altha Public School (Anya Hazellief, Kyndall Jacobs, Kara Melvin).
