Chipola College Welcomes Prospective Students for Preview Day 2026

Chipola College welcomed approximately 550 prospective students to campus Thursday, Sept. 24, for Preview Day 2026.

Area high school juniors and seniors spent the morning exploring campus and learning about Chipola’s academic programs, health sciences, public service, workforce programs, student life and campus resources.

Students rotated through tour zones based on their individual interests, where they interacted with Chipola faculty, staff and students, asked questions, viewed demonstrations and learned more about educational and career pathways available at the college.

All students also visited the Center for the Arts for general college and admissions information and Fine Arts performances. Representatives from admissions, advising, financial aid and other student services were available throughout the event to help students learn more about attending Chipola.

The interactive format gave prospective students an opportunity to experience campus firsthand, connect with the people who teach and support Chipola students, and begin exploring their options after high school.

Following the morning activities, students enjoyed lunch and concluded Preview Day with a Chipola softball scrimmage.
