Little Indians Softball Camp Concludes Second Summer Session

The Chipola College Little Indians Softball Camp recently concluded its second summer session, providing young athletes with two days of instruction, skill development and fun on the softball field.
Led by Head Softball Coach Kelly Brookins and the Lady Indians coaching staff, campers worked on fundamental softball skills while building confidence, teamwork and sportsmanship. Despite heat advisory conditions, the camp adjusted its schedule, incorporated cooling breaks and continued activities in a safe environment.
The session concluded with one of the camp’s favorite traditions as campers celebrated by sliding and diving on a slip-and-slide.
“We loved spending these two days with our campers and watching them improve while having fun,” Brookins said. “Thank you to all of the parents and grandparents for allowing us to be a small part of their softball journey. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing everyone back on the field.”
Chipola College’s Little Indians camps provide young athletes with opportunities to develop their skills while learning from the Lady Indians coaching staff in a positive and encouraging environment.
