Financial Aid Forms

All Financial Aid forms are now completed online through your MyChipola Student Portal.

Before You Begin

You must have completed both of the following before starting the steps below:

  • Application for Admission to Chipola College
  • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at studentaid.gov — be sure to list Chipola College to receive your information

If you have not completed one or both, please do those first. The financial aid process cannot move forward without both on file.

Step 1. Confirm Your Chipola Student Credentials

You will need your Jenzabar Student ID to log in. If you have not received your Student ID from the Admissions Office, please contact Admissions before continuing — you will not be able to access your financial aid forms without it.

MyChipola Login Format

Username: First initial + last initial + Jenzabar ID
Password: Birth month + birth day + FIRST 4 digits of SSN (not the last 4)

Log in to MyChipola to Start

Step 2. Log in to MyChipola

Sign in at my.chipola.edu and go to the Financial Aid section to find your forms.

Step 3. Complete the Student Information Worksheet

Every student applying for financial aid must complete the Student Information Worksheet. This is the starting point for all financial aid files — no exceptions. Submit this form first, even before you have been notified about any additional requirements.

Step 4. Watch Your Chipola Email for Additional Requests

After you submit your FAFSA and Student Information Worksheet, our office will review your file and determine whether any additional forms are needed. Additional forms are only completed when specifically requested — most students will not need them.

All communications from the Financial Aid Office are sent to your Chipola student email at @my.chipola.edu. Please check it regularly so you do not miss a request.
