Please do not bring forms to our office until you have applied for FAFSA and have received notification from our office. If you do, forms will not be kept and you will have to submit them again when notified.
We can no longer accept filed copies of income tax returns. We MUST have a copy of your tax return transcript. You must call the IRS at 1-800-908-9946 or visit their web page at www.irs.gov/transcript to receive a free copy. Allow approximately 5-10 days to receive your copy.
Forms can be completed online but must be printed and signed before submitting them to the Financial Aid Office.
